Hello all,
Does anyone have or know of a source that will list the percentage of women
judges in the world by country? I seem to have seen it somewhere and can't
find it now when I urgently need it. Westlaw/Lexis have only articles that
mention individual countries' statistics, I don't seem to locate it on the
Internet women/human rights, and other web sites, and my calls to various
Universities did not produce much results. I also tried the National Ass.
of Women Judges, ABA, and International Women Judges Foundation to no avail.
Apparently the Int'l Bar Ass. did a survey on this topic, but I can't find
it on their web site, and they have not returned my e-mail request. If
anyone has this survey or any other source with similar statistics and can
send me a copy or info on its location I would be very grateful. Please
reply directly to me.
