One of my attorneys received a flyer for Representing high-tech companies,
by Gary Lawrence and Carl Baranowski. I was hoping to get some feedback
from anyone who has or uses this book as to whether it is a good resource or
not. Also, if anyone has any
suggestions for something similar, I would appreciate that as well.
