Please excuse the cross-posting.

My paralegal and I will be making a presentation at Missouri Bar's Solo
and Small Firm Conference June 1 (Lake of the Ozarks, MO---info is
available at http://mobar.org/law/solosc00.htm).

Does anyone have any information about how (and from whom) I could get
permission to use a couple of clips from the TV show M*A*S*H--I think I
know how to get permission for using the theme song (Twentieth Century Fox)
but I'm not at all sure whether it appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS or how to get
the rights (if I can) to the couple of clips I would like (I'd like to use
if from a CD-ROM I would burn for this purpose only). This is for
Non-profit usage, one time only.

Also any suggestions as to how to minimize cost (other than telling them I
doing it for free, for a non-profit org, one time only, etc.) would also be
appreciated.

Until this time, I have been a lurker on many of these lists, which I have
found to be terrific in content and contributors. I have learned so
much--thank you.

TIA,
