Thanks for the resposes I have received so far regarding my earlier
posting. I neglected to mention that this is a joint BNA/Lexis product
with BNA supplying content and Lexis providing access.

Our BNA rep has been wonderful. He has been trying to get answers from
Lexis and has been checking in with us every few days. If BNA could
provide access, we would have been up and running long before today.
