There are three Acts dealing with company formations etc. in Isle of Man
(adopted from UK Common Law). They are:
The Companies Acts of 1931 to 1993
The International Business Act of 1994
Limited Liability Companies Act of 1996
I don't believe these are available on the web. As they are offshore haven,
these laws are widely discussed in books devoted to "offshore havens". Their
corporate futures are discussed at this website: www.ocra.com (When you are the
web-site, click on jurisdiction, then click on European jurisdiction). This
might give you a headstart. I have to run home, so good evening!

Can anyone point to the act(s) of the Isle of Man dealing with company
registration?
