Yesterday, Judge Francis J. Darigan Jr. of the Rhode Island Superior
Court handed down a decision in the ownership dispute over the Pascoag
Reservoir, awarding ownership to former state rep Vincent J. Mesolella Jr.
I would much appreciate it if a Rhode Island librarian could supply a copy
of the opinion or a lead as to where I might acquire one quickly. Thanks.
