For all the vendor-venting we do on this board, it's a pleasure to report a
very positive experience I've had with CCH.
I would like to publicly acknowledge the assistance I received from Avram
Sacks, an editor at CCH. He first bailed me out of the worst professional
decision I have made in my 20 year career, and did so with the full
knowledge that assisting me was *way* outside the standard position
description catch-all "related duties as assigned."
He has followed up several times just to be sure that we have all the
relevant CCH information on the topic that began this whole thing.
