Colleagues, I am having major problems with Aspen Publishers. I seem to
remember that there were a flurry of Aspen related problems a while back
and after the problems were vented on the list, the librarians were
contacted by a competent Aspen customer service manager, and received
satisfaction.
Basically, I am looking for the name and telephone number of an Aspen
customer service manager to contact and make yet another attempt to
straighten out my account problems.
After all, who really wants to hear another sob story about supplements
that never come in, subscriptions that are canceled, account numbers
customer service representatives can't find in their databases.... blah,
blah, blah.
Its all too painfully familiar.
Anyway if anyone can help me out with an Aspen contact, I would be
grateful.
