To all who asked for a summary:
Because I received so many requests for a summary of the responses I got from the list, I decided to post the summary to the whole list. I'd like to thank everyone for their generous responses.
If anyone has anything to add, please post to the list or send directly to me.

--See upcoming article "Introduction to the Internet" in Perspectives Spring 2000 issue (vol.8, no.3), by Diana Gleason. Will contain script of presentation. Issue due out late June, early July 2000.

--General Internet bibliographies given to new associates. Practice area bibliographies.

-Research practicum for summer associate training - work through a problem using online, print and Internet resources.

--Individual training according to practice area and needs of user. Cover basic aspects of web subscriptions, CD-ROMs and strategy tips for each service. Provide highlights of search engines.

--Intranet training.

--No Internet training for the past 2 years - by request only.

--Internet training for 1 hour, and 1 hour of library instruction, including CD-ROM

--LLAGNY "Bridge the Gap" Program 3/31/ and 4/7 as preparation for summer jobs
