I am looking for a source of 1998 or 1999 statistics on annual
spending figures for radiology services- specifically I am looking for
(a) % of spending at hospitals vs. % of spending at outpatient
facilities; and, (b) the number of diagnostic facilities in the U.S.
I have checked Stats Abs, the web sites of the HCFA and various
radiology-type organizations, and the Lexis healthcare library. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
