Yes, it happened at my firm. I had cancelled 3 subscriptions & sent in a check to CCH for the remainder. (January renewals). I got a phone call from CCH telling me that although they had a check in hand, it was short the amount, so it would not be applied. All of our subscriptions would be cancelled unless I called to take care of this. I did call, so I hope all is well.

Hello,
Sorry to bother the list with this but has anyone else heard this story from
CCH? My accounts payable person was told by someone at CCH this morning
that if an invoice is sent in with payment but one or more items on a
multi-title invoice has been canceled, they will cancel every title on the
invoice. It appears that is what happened with our account even though
whoever made the cancelations had a multi thousand dollar check with
itemized titles in front of them.
