It's hard to argue with any treatise edited by Judge
Pescatore:

Handbook of WTO/GATT dispute settlement ; [edited by]
Pierre Pescatore, William J. Davey, Andreas F.
Lowenfeld, Ardsley-on-Hudson, N.Y : Transnational
Juris Publications Deventer : Kluwer Law & Taxation
Publishers, c1991-

Another treatise:

Author Petersmann, Ernst-Ulrich
Title The GATT/WTO dispute settlement system :
international law, international organizations, and
dispute settlement / by Ernst-Ulrich Petersmann
Imprint London Boston : Kluwer Law International, 1997

There are other special-purpose treatises, including
the negotiating history of the UR (I have the volume
on disputes settlement somewhere here but can't find
it offhand) and works on specific subjects: TRIPs,
TRIMs, GATS...

Oceana has The law of the WTO : final text of the GATT
Uruguay round agreements, summary & a fully searchable
diskette; Philip Raworth and Linda C. Reif but it's
not clear that this meets your requirements.

You haven't specified your particular interest.
