Have been trying to put together a list of attorneys who have represented
Creditor X in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Have searched Pacer and
found over 4600 filings from 1998 to present. But only 25 of these were
Chapter 11 cases.
Searched all bankruptcy materials and newspapers on Lexis and Westlaw and
found about 5 more Chapter 11's where Creditor X is listed. Search internet
and all found was list of companies in Chapter 11.
The attorneys refuse to believe that this is all there is. I am inclined to
agree but am at wit's end about how to find more. Does anyone know of
another source that I might try including research for fee outfits. Know
there must be some bankruptcy information outfits of which I know not.
