Our presiding judge has requested a copy of a 1994 publicaton by the Manhattan Institute (the think tank in NYC) by Lester Brickman, Michael Horowitz and Jeffrey O'Connell entitled RETHINKING CONTINGENCY FEES. I've only been able to find a reference to it, not a way of borrowing/buying a copy.
