Oh well: at least it's Friday!
It turns out that the article I need is not in the Journal of Asset
Protection, but in the (admittedly similar-named) Asset Protection
Journal. The former is monthly (as a couple of kind librarians have
pointed out to me, including one kind phone-call -- thanks Stacey!), while
the journal I wanted is quarterly.
So, modifying my desperation request, if someone could fax me Alan Eber's
article from the Summer 1999 issue of Asset Protection Journal, both I and
my attorney would be most grateful. Again, I would be most glad to pay
fax charges, etc.

One of my attorneys has asked for an artcle form the Summer 1999 issue of
the Journal of Asset Protection.
I don't have a page cite, but it is an article by Alan Eber referring to
transfer of stock to an international business corporation.
I have not been able to locate a copy locally (off the shelf, etc.), so
could someone kindly fax me the article. Of course I would pay any fax
charges, etc.
