One of my attorneys has asked for an artcle form the Summer 1999 issue of
the Journal of Asset Protection.
I don't have a page cite, but it is an article by Alan Eber referring to
transfer of stock to an international business corporation.
I have not been able to locate a copy locally (off the shelf, etc.), so
could someone kindly fax me the article. Of course I would pay any fax
charges, etc.
