I am trying to obtain by tomorrow morning a Papua New Guinean statute which
I have seen cited as the Compensation ( Prohibition of Foreign Legal
Proceedings ) Act 1995. According to a press item this law was passed in
December of 1995. I would appreciate any advice or help anyone can lend.
