Hi all. I am in the process of writing/creating a strategic plan for my firm library. I already have a list of goals and ideas for the future, my mission statement, and a few ways to implement the goals. However, I was just wanted to check with the list to see if anyone would be willing to post a copy of their plan for review. I already checked Lexis, Westlaw, and the Internet but the articles mostly focus on Academic Libraries.
I would appreciate any response.
