Does anyone know of a compendium of the curricula of all American law schools?

One of our faculty members has a set of floppy disks (dating back to 1990 or
so, when disks truly were floppy) containing a compendium of the curricula
of all American law schools. He has asked me to see whether a newer such
compendium exists in any format.

I have searched WorldCat and the Library of Congress catalog and found
nothing that fits the bill. I also called the ABA and the AALS, but neither
organization publishes a listing of law schools' curricula.

Does anyone know of such a listing?
