Colleagues,
I'm forwarding a message from Anne Skove at the National Center for State
Courts to the list, hoping some of you (your courts?) have experienced
"renumbering" your court rules. Virginia has never completed an entire
revision/renumbering, so our experience is limited to revisions of existing
rules, adoption of new rules and deletion of individual rules -- the overall
numbering scheme has stayed the same.
