I just found an out-dated book on our shelves titled: Lender Liability: Practice and Prevention. The most recent supp. is dated 1997, which is current through 12-1-1996. I checked Aspen's catalog and they do not have it. I also checked Law Books in Print and cannot find the title or authors, who are Mark S. Rhodes and Andrea Bloom. Does anyone have any insight on this title? Please respond to the undersigned privately and thank you for your time.
