Greetings from a Friday afternoon: This is a long shot, but does anyone have a copy of the 1980 MPEP (Manual of Patent Examining Procedure). I am looking for the section dealing with prior art. In the latest MPEP it's in section 2004: Aids to compliance with duty of disclosure, #9 "Do not rely on the examiner of a particular application to be aware of other applications belonging to the same applicant or assignee".
