We are in desperate need of an IRS Form 5500EZ and would like to borrow or
buy the form if anybody in NYC has one. We tried the IRS website and our
own set of computerized forms on disc but only were able to get
informational purpose copies not the machine readable type. We also
checked the two IRS Manhattan offices and called several stationery stores.
