I am checking to see if any law library has developed written instructional
guideline or a model statement regarding instruction. I have located a
general overview of how to write such a document at the ACRL Web Page.
ACRL Standards and Guidelines at http://www.ala.org/acrl/guides/index.html
I am expanding the instructional programs offered by our law library. I am
brainstorming as to what programs to offer in the Fall 2000 and how to
lure law students and faculty to the events.. I would like to create a
written set of "Objectives and Guidelines for Instructional Programs" and
place this document on our web page announcing the upcoming programs.
Please let me know if you have worked on such a plan. I will share any
statements or guidelines to those indicating an interest.
Thanks,
Carol Furnish
