We are considering an overhaul of our "dot-com" resources collection. By
that I mean the treatises, periodicals, form books, websites, etc. that we
rely upon with our new media and computer tech clients, for everything from
financing and formation to hi-tech IP issues to software outsourcing
agreements. I'm wondering if I can nudge a consensus, out there in law-lib
land, for the best of the lot. What resources have you found most
helpful? What do you consider the must-haves in this new area of law that
intersects so many others?
Thanks in advance for your comments.
