Dear all:

I am writing today because I have just been appointed to my university's
Intellectual Property Committee. We have a newly-approved campus-wide policy,
but we need to also write committee bylaws, as well as a Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ) page. Does anyone out there in law-lib land have bylaws of an
intellectual property committee, or know of an FAQ page that we can access on
the Web? (I have a dislike for re-inventing the wheel.)

I will be glad to summarize for the list. TIA!
