Our library has canceled several of our looseleaf services but we have left those publications on our shelves. We mark the outside of the binders "canceled".
I am interested in feedback regarding how long other libraries continue to hold these materials until they are removed from the collection.
Do you keep them in the main collection?
Do you remove them to a separate section?
After what period of time are they discarded?
