I'm an assistant librarian in a law firm in Spain. One of our lawyers needs
the trademark license agreement between some US companies (i.e. Estee Lauder
& Donna Karan, Warnaco & Calvin Klein, etc.). I was told I could find the
documents in the SEC database (EDGAR), but I tried with no success either
because I don't research properly or because the information is not there.
I apologize before hand for my ignorance on US regulations but, is that
information of puplic access anywhere? Does it exist any commercial database
with this information avalaible?
