Hello all,
I have an attorney who is looking for the text of a bankruptcy opinion. The brief citing the case has the name, the date, the court, and a Lexis cite. We have shepardized and searched Westlaw for the opinion and have found several opinions with the same parties at different levels but not the one being cited (the dates are wrong). [We don't have access to Lexis]
The information we have is:
