One of our attorneys needs an article on employee peer review. He says it was published within the last five years by the Industrial Relations Research Organization. He believes that this group has a monthly or quarterly publication and this is where he found the article. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I would love to find a website or other way to get in touch with this organization. Or, better yet - does anyone have this publication? Any help would be appreciated. He, of course, needs this yesterday....
