As an academic library, we have for many years had standing orders for
multiple copies of all West's Hornbooks, Nutshells, and Practioner
Series volumes. We have now been told that they can no longer handle
standing orders for Hornbooks, although we can still be on standing
order for Nutshells and the Practioners Series. Does this make any
sense? Is this any way to run a business? Don't you just hate it when
companies make it more difficult for you to buy their products!
