I know there are reports out there that identify average library staff to
employee ratios for law firms, but I can't put my hands on them right now.
Could someone please point me in the right direction? I have found a
perfect assistant, but now I have to write the "memo" to justify hiring her.
I am a solo librarian in a firm with 60 attorneys and ten full-time
paralegals. I'm sure I'm understaffed but I have to prove it. If anyone is
interested I would be happy to circulate a bibliography of the sources I
receive. Thanks in advance for your help.
