I believe this has been discussed on this list before......I have been asked to obtain a list of all California cases where a certain party is named defendant, and then obtain copies of those complaints. We will be doing the same in the Federal Courts through our subscription to Pacer.
Is this something I can get through Courtlink? We need to be sure we are covering Superior Courts in ALL California counties.
