Hello everyone!
One of my attorneys just asked me about a free SEC/EDGAR site called
www.secinfo.com, developed by Finnegan O'Malley & Co. Inc. She wanted to
know if it was good, etc.
It's not that I'm cynical, but I'm always wary of the "it's too good to be
true" free lunch.
I have the vaguest thought that this may have been discussed here before,
and if so, please excuse my not remembering.
Does anyone have any more information about this site, like if and when they
will start charging?
