Hello:
I am looking for the above tax form for tax-exempt/non-profit organizations.
The only problem is that I need the forms and instructions for 1979, 1991 and
1992. We have already spoken to three different people in the Office of the
Chief Counsel for IRS to no avail. Any ideas/help will be greatly appreciated.
