For those interested in, but unlucky with, Joe Wible's duplicate copy of:

Capture-based aquaculture. The fattening of eels, groupers, tunas and
    yellowtails. 2004. 306p.

It is available full text at
    ftp://ftp.fao.org/docrep/fao/007/y5258e/y5258e00.pdf
Sometimes the left hand frame with Contents and chapters doesn't 'open' first
click. I just tried and got full text.

It is also available for sale at publications-sales@fao.org
    ISBN 9251051003 $60.00

For developing country libraries needing a print copy send an address and we
    will check for available copies.

    IAMSLIC,

Oops. I spoke too soon. The PDF on the FAO web page only includes
the executive summary, preliminary pages, and chapter 1. Jean, can
you find out if this is a mistake and the whole thing is suppose to
be available from FAO. There is definitely a lot of interest in this
    volume.

    Joe
