Dear IAMSLIC colleagues

I'm looking for bibliographic databases (electronic or paper) that could
track down citations as far back as the 20s or the 30s on aquatic sciences
and biology, more specifically fish communities in lakes.

Most products that I know started out in the 60s or the 70s. Some can go as
far back as the 1940s or 50s (SciSearch starts in 1945, I believe, if you
buy their product, that is, since DIALOG offers only 1967- today).

Any suggestion?
