The University of California can publish electronically through our eScholarship
Repository (http://repositories.cdlib.org/escholarship/ ) . I mentioned to Victoria
that her professor can publish the proceedings electronically there, and I also
offered to publish it through Scripps' presence on the Repository..........Peter
