I am waiting for feedback from my faculty on setting
up e access to AGU JGR journals starting in 2003.
We have a serious space problem here at JHU and
we're looking for alternatives to print whenever possible.
    I proposed going e only.

Here at Bates College (4-year college, enrollment
of 1700) we have sent in our license agreement
and subscription change to all electronic for AGU
journals. The savings in price (and space) will allow
us to pick up two additional AGU titles that the
    Geology Department wanted.

I have paid for 2 simultaneous users for all JGR,
for GRL, Global Biogeochemical Cycles and Water
Resources Research for 2002 only. It was all
that I could afford. However, we still do not have
access to the e-journals. We have all the above as
    print already. ....

I know from the German "GeoForschungsZentrum"
    (GFZ) http://www.gfz-potsdam.de/welcome_en.html at
Potsdam, that their library commission decided to
license at least the complete JGR e_version (and
    keep the print version)
