Dear Peter,

thank you very much for writing this 'open letter' to the AGU president.
The contents of your letter expresses highly, what I am thinking about
the new citation practise introduced by AGU. A lot of the AWI collegues
are concerned about the recent AGU publishing politics, especially the
high cost of the electronic version of AGU journals. This is the reason,
because our library commission decided to abstain from the online
version of AGU journals and stay with 'print-only'.
