I am trying to locate several localities on or off the coast of present-day
Gabon, Africa. In the mid 19th century they were known to whalers as Dutch
Cap, the Two Brothers, and Church or Church's Bay. These sites may be on
the islands of present day Sao Tome or Principe, on the mainland east of
them, or on the other smaller islands in their vicinity. The two brothers
may be the name of a pair of smaller islands.
I'd like to know where these place are, and what their current names are.
Thanks.
