Hi, IAMSLIC folks: A recent e-mail sent to the IAMSLIC list with an
attachment generated over 40 error messages for your friendly
discussion list managers.
As a reminder: PLEASE do NOT send attachments to the discussion list.
Again, this is for both security and ease-of-access reasons. Not only
does this prevent the likelihood of a virus infecting an IAMSLIC e-mail
discussion list recipient's computer but many subscribers may not have the
software application that the attachment is sent in and hence *cannot* use
the attachment at all.
I have heard from several IAMSLIC members that they >>routinely<< DELETE
*any* e-mails which include attachments. If you want your e-mail to be
sent to the greatest number of IAMSLIC recipients in the safest manner
possible, please incorporate your entire message within the body of your
IAMSLIC e-mail!
