The problem for me is that I download it from a digital resource (which I can't
pass on, alas, due to contracts with our aggregators), and I have to print each
page on a separate page, and then fax it. Georgia has just undergone a terrible
budget crunch, and I work solo, so I have a combination of the need to save
resources (paper, long-distance charges) and time. It's nothing to do with one
individual request but the aggregate if I start doing lengthy ones like that for
a number of people.
I agree with you that it's probably best for you to find someone who can do all
26+ pages the old fashioned way (two pages to a photocopy). It just seemed to
me that many marine-oriented libraries wouldn't have access to that sort of
journal, and perhaps I could get others to join with me to help you out.
