    Hi everyone,

    I hope someone in the UK can help with this request.

    I need to borrow a copy of the thesis listed below and the person who needs
    it can't pay the $48+ cost to get it from the British Library Document
    Centre. I am hoping someone has a copy they will loan. I would also like
    to get the author's current address and email address.
