    Dear IAMSLICers

I would like to make a brief announcement about a new (free resource) on
international marine living resource law, conservation and management
called the "Internet Guide to International Fisheries Law." Located at
www.oceanlaw.net, it is a major new resource covering fisheries, marine
mammals and other marine species. It contains the largest collection of
primary materials on the web, a good collection of secondary materials, a
massive collection of links (including on all related fields). There is
also a discussion list and a monthly news bulletin. (Although the latter
requires a - modest - subscription fee, but this is half price in May).

Hopefully this will be of interest and use to many of you or your
institutions. Please feel free to link to the site from any that you are
connected with - this would be very much appreciated.

If you have any comments on the site (good or bad!) , please feel free to
    send them to: webmaster@oceanlaw.net

    Many thanks for your time

    Chris Hedley
