SUBJECT: Recruitment of Chief Operating Officer, Information Technology
I am pleased to invite applications and nominations for the position of
Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Division of Information
Technology. Working directly with the Vice Provost--Information &
Educational Technology, this position will provide leadership in the
coordination of all aspects of the Division's operations, including those
related to planning and management of finance/budget, human resources, and
space/facility matters. The COO will work closely with heads of the
Division's departments and with campus authorities.
We seek candidates with experience managing technology operations in a
higher education setting. Candidates will have demonstrated skills in
operations, finance, human resources, and facilities coordination and
the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
