     ADDRESSING STANDARDS FOR PRIMERO GROVE

PS FORM 2976 - CUSTOMS DECLARATION

When sending packages or parcels to foreign countries a United States Postal
Service Customs Declaration (PS FORM 2976) must be completed and affixed to the
package. The PS FORM 2976 must not be dated earlier than, June 1997. These
forms are available from the Mail Division. If you have any questions, or
would like a supply of this form, please call Jim Downing at 752-8094.

ADDRESSING MAIL FOR PRIMERO GROVE

All mail addressed to Primero Grove is handled by the US Postal Service. The
Mail Division does not make deliveries to this location. If this mail is not
addressed according to the information below, it confuses the automated sorting
equipment and is returned to the university, resulting in delay. When
addressing mail to Primero Grove, please use the following format:

Individual's Name
Building Number, Primero Grove, Apartment Number (without alpha character,
should be 3 numbers)
Davis CA 95616

SAMPLE

          Davis CA 95616
