Anthony - this is not just a windows problem. It has nothing to do
with Microsoft or the wintel architecture. It is a limitation of the
AVI format. As I understand it, the Mac world has the same problem
with AVI files.
There is at least one software plugin available that allows you to do
continuous captures and in essence bypass the 2 gig limit by doing
some creative file saves.
For the time being, that is about the only way I know of to avoid
the pitfall.
