FCP isn't officially supported in PAL. That being said, I had a TVC on air
about the time of NAB 99 cut in FCP PAL. There's one known issue with Batch
Capture that is easily worked around - other than that, some minor display
list issues. Nothing that affects productivity.

If you're interested in FCP as a professional edit solution, Media
Worldwide, aka the WWUG at http://www.wwug.com/forums has a new FCP forum
hosted by myself. At the WWUG we're aiming more for the experienced pro
editor thinking of going FCP - other boards cover more beginner issues
better. (Not that the WWUG would ever not help a beginner... <G>)
