Cannon was at Final Cut Pro seminar and they also did camera control via the
firewire port. Nice everything is controlled or downloaded via one port. I do
believe any firewire system will do this. Not to put down or push FCP but it
is an apple product, and I would say who know the apple product better than
apple, now do they know video; In there 1st attempt is sure looks good. I
would check both out and see which interface you like best. Good luck John
